Add a 1/2 to 1 cup of chicken broth and let your dish simmer. Sprinkle on some Parmesan cheese and voila! You’ve got a delicious, healthy meal.
Jazz up a boring pizza night — make it a meatball pizza! Prepare your pizza crust and spoon on your favorite pizza sauce. Slice heated pre-cooked meatballs in half and spread them around the pizza. Top of with cheese and vegetables. Bake to melt the cheese. Delicious!

Mediterranean Soft Tacos
Cook boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins with a dash of Mediterranean seasoning blend. Wash vegetables like spinach, lettuce–even arugula for your tacos. You could also have Mediterranean-inspired toppings like Feta cheese, yogurt and olive slices. Yummy and quick to assemble.
